Boss can twist & turn their words like nobody bussiness

Boss can say lots of nonsence and point fingers whenever they like. whatever they say or do is always right,they can twist and turn their words anytime, no offend. Their words mean order,this minute they say do this, next minute they ask why you do it. this minute they ask you not to do it, next minute they ask you why you didn't do it.they can say something and deny it, when we did not say that thing, he force you to admit it. they do things wrongly, they will give beautiful excuses or reasons but usually all reason and excuses don't make sense at all BUT no employee will dare to say anything but to accept because they are their rice bowl!! if we do wrongly, no excuses or reasons is valid at all, is your fault is your fault, don't argue they say.

Boss is always right, always have their own reason when they do things wrong. Wen they pick on us, they say because we did wrong, but when we try to correct them for good, they say you are pointing finger at them.
